Cream Cheese Frosting (basic):

Beat 8oz. cold (not frozen, but straight from fridge is fine) cream cheese with 5Tsp softened butter and 2tsp vanilla extract.  Once mixed, slowly add 2 cups of powdered sugar (sift after measuring) until the desired consistency is reached (may not need the whole 2 cups or you may prefer a little more.)

Chili-Cheese Sauce

Chili powder
Tomato Sauce
Ground beef
Yellow Curry
Velveeta cheese block

All ingredients are to your taste preference as we did not measure them. We did use only one pound of ground beef. Brown the ground beef(drain some of the oil if you like), pour in the tomato sauce and add a little of each spice. After adding what amount of spice you think proper, give the sauce a little taste to check. If you feel like adding more spice, feel free to do so.
Once you've got the spice and consistency you want, it’s ready! Enjoy on your hot dogs.

Pretzel Glaze
2 Tbsp Butter
Sugar (to desired consistency)
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp Whipped Cream

This has probably been done before by someone else but we just slapped these items together and it tastes rather good on pretzels made with cinnamon powder. We put the butter with sugar into the microwave to dissolve the sugar(25 seconds).
